Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.surfaceview.co.uk and the purchase of any goods from it. Surface View is owned by the company VGL which is based at 268 Elgar Road South, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 0BT. Surface View / VGL in these terms and conditions refers to VGL but specifically relate to orders placed through the Surface View website or in relation to the Surface View web site.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using the Surface View website you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and be aware that Surface View /VGL reserves the right to up date our Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice to you. By placing an order with Surface View/ VGL you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability
Surface View and VGL will not accept any claims for consequential costs. Liability in connection with goods and services supplied will be limited to the replacement or repair of the goods supplied; the supply of equivalent goods; the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods.

Copyright
Copyright in the website is the property of Surface View / VGL. This property may only be used for the purposes of browsing the website and for purchasing goods and services from the Surface View website.

Product Return
If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us you can return the product and obtain a refund as long as you contact us in writing, by letter or e mail, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that you include your full name and address and invoice number on this correspondence. It is not possible to accept returns for bespoke products. Any returned products most be returned unused and in original undamaged condition.

Age Limitation
Surface View / VGL will only accept orders from adults aged 18 and above.

Colour Proofing
Colour proofing will provide guidance for the final production run. Due to variances in atmospheric conditions a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the final print output can be expected. Variation of this kind is considered to be acceptable and not considered a reason for rejecting goods. As a guideline we would not expect a variation in colour of more than 8%.

Copyright of images supplied
Any customer of Surface View must ensure that they are not contravening existing copyright law. The customer warrant that images or designs supplied for use by Surface View / VGL is not copyrightedby a third party. It is the customer's responsibility to know the copyright position of images supplied. The customer agrees to indemnify Surface View / VGL from all damages and costs that may result from legal action connected with legal action connected with copyright infringement involving work produced from images / designs supplied by the customer.

Privacy Policy
Surface View / VGL will collect personal information when you use the Surface View website. This information will be held in a secure manner and will not be accessed by third parties. This information will only be used to service your requirements from Surface View / VGL and will not be given to any third party without your consent.

Placing of Orders
All pricing on the Surface View website is current at the time of display. However Surface View / VGL do not accept liability for any pricing errors shown on the Surface View website. Surface View is not responsible for any consequential costs and is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or the cancellation of an order or a product.

Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter the correct delivery details at the time of order. Our normal delivery cycle is with 14 days but this may change depending on the specific nature of the work placed. All delivery dates are estimated and are not a guarantee. All Surface View products will be delivered by recorded delivery but it is the customer's responsibility to notify Surface View / VGL if an order is not delivered.

Damaged Goods
Damaged goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions please do not continue to use the Surface View web site.
